Apple Blossom Time!


Fruit Dip

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp. Almond extract
2 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) non-fat vanilla yogurt

Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add extract and sugar. Continue whipping until sugar and extract are blended in. Fold in one 8 oz. container non-fat vanilla yogurt.

This dip can be used in various ways. Triple the recipe and serve over sliced fresh strawberries. Also, this dip can be served over waffles and sliced strawberries or inside crepes with fresh fruit such as bananas, strawberries or raspberries. Layer this dip in a truffle dish with crumbled chocolate cake and fresh fruit or layer in a cup with granola and fresh fruit. Yummm!
